I have {quite literally} been making this artisan boule bread on a daily basis since my friend Jolahna gave me the recipe. They don’t call it daily bread for nothing, right!?

It’s a knead-less dough that you keep in the fridge for up to 14 days, breaking off a hunk to bake whenever the mood strikes. Delish! My recipe can be made using white flour or half white and half whole wheat. I prefer the latter. Either way, fresh homemade bread is a daily delight!
